The wedding ◆ Ceremony & wedding organisation

Plan the wedding day you actually want

Once the legal side is clear, you can think about the day itself. Some couples want just the two of them and a photographer. Others want both families flying in from different countries. We help you work out what fits your budget and your guest list, then plan it with you step by step.

The ceremony is organised with Easy Wedding™. They set up intimate ceremonies, weddings with guests, and outdoor or desert celebrations. They find the venue and suppliers, and someone coordinates everything on the day so you’re not chasing a florist an hour before you say yes.

We build the schedule with you, from décor and music to the order of the ceremony. Guests get the information they need to travel.

04

A coordinator runs the day on site and deals with suppliers. You focus on each other and your guests.

Your questions ◇

Ceremony & wedding organisation FAQ

Can we combine the legal marriage and the ceremony on the same day?

Often, yes. Some couples sign at court in the morning and celebrate in the evening. Others keep the legal part separate and hold the ceremony later. It depends on where you marry and how the legal process is scheduled, so your advisor helps you plan around that.

We only want a very small wedding. Is that still worth planning?

Absolutely. A small wedding still needs a place, a photographer, maybe flowers and a table for dinner. We plan intimate ceremonies all the time. Small usually means fewer decisions, and you still have someone making sure it all runs on time.

Can you organise a desert wedding?

Yes, Easy Wedding™ organises outdoor and desert ceremonies. Things like the season, the time of day and how guests get there matter a lot, so we talk those through with you early. Your advisor will tell you what’s practical for the date you have in mind.

How much does a wedding ceremony cost?

It depends on the number of guests, the venue, the suppliers and the country. We don’t publish a fixed price because two weddings are rarely alike. Share your budget and plans, and your advisor will put together options that fit it.

Our guests come from several countries. Can you help them?

Yes. We give you practical information to share with guests, like dates, location and getting there. Visa rules depend on each guest’s passport, so we point them to what they need to check. If many guests are travelling, tell us early so we can plan around them.

Can our ceremony include traditions from both our cultures?

Of course. Many of our couples mix traditions, whether it’s music, food, clothing or a ritual from each family. Tell us what matters to you and your families, and we’ll help you fit it into the day in a way that feels natural.
